This policy explains how Loopzter collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website or get in touch with us. We take your privacy seriously and only ever use your data to do what you asked us to.
Who we are

What information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the website:
- Information you submit through our forms — such as your name, email address, phone number, company or brand, venue details and the content of your message or enquiry.
- Basic technical data — standard information logged by our hosting provider when a website is visited (for example IP address and browser type), used only to keep the site secure and working.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use your information, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — for example sending you a rate card, answering a question, or discussing an advertising or play-centre partnership. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To operate and secure our website — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a safe, functional site.
- To send you marketing — only where you have asked us to, or otherwise where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, who process it on our instructions:
- Web3Forms — processes our website form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
- Netlify — hosts the website.
- Our email provider — so we can read and reply to your message.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms) to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Where we are under a legal obligation to keep certain records, we keep them for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; and, where applicable, receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@loopzter.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please do contact us.
Keeping your data secure
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take care to safeguard the data you share with us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
