This policy explains how Loopzter ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data when you enquire about advertising with us. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@loopzter.com.
Who we are
Loopzter, the family-venue advertising network for Jungle World Leyland, Jungle World Blackpool and Wacky World Preston. Contact: hello@loopzter.com, 38a-42a Ormskirk Road, Preston, England, PR1 2QP.
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, industry, preferred venue, email address and phone number. We do not ask for any special category or payment data through this website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your advertising enquiry and discuss a possible partnership. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us. If we later want to send you marketing unrelated to your enquiry, we will ask for your consent first.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to us through a form service (Web3Forms), which processes the submission on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting partnership, and no longer than is reasonable for our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these, email hello@loopzter.com.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts and submits your form through Web3Forms, both of which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver those services.
Changes
