These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for a campaign. Any advertising partnership is governed by a separate Advertiser Terms of Business, which we provide before you book.
About us
This site is operated by Loopzter, the family-venue advertising network for Jungle World Leyland, Jungle World Blackpool and Wacky World Preston. Contact: hello@loopzter.com, 38a-42a Ormskirk Road, Preston, England, PR1 2QP.
Using this site
You may use this website to learn about our advertising and to send us an enquiry. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our figures
The footfall and reach figures on this site are drawn from our live booking systems and are provided in good faith as a fair, conservative guide. We are happy to evidence them during planning. They describe opportunities to see your advert, not a promise of any particular number of sales, calls or customers. We do not guarantee any specific commercial result from advertising.
Availability and pricing
Advertising availability, category exclusivity and pricing shown or discussed are subject to a signed partnership agreement. Prices are indicative until confirmed in writing. Category exclusivity applies only once a partnership is agreed and while it remains in force.
Your advert
All advertising content is subject to our approval and must be suitable for a family audience and comply with all applicable law and advertising codes. We may decline or remove any content we reasonably consider unsuitable.
Intellectual property
The design, text and images on this site belong to Loopzter or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
External links and services
This site uses Google Fonts and the Web3Forms form service, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party website we link to.
Liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
